Solid stealth action surrounded by a dumb yet well meaning story.

A very controversial topic in video games is that of interactivity versus cinematics. While many believe them to be necessary tools in telling a video game story, many others feel that their overuse detracts from the interactivity that makes video games unique. Metal Gear Solid 3

This is one of the best games of all time. Out of the whole Metal Gear Solid series, this one is arguably the best and easiest to understand as a stand alone title, not considering the other games in the series. It is one of the most profound statements of our culture ever created.
